Journalism & Mass Communication

The Certificate course for Electrical Installation is 2 years and the diploma for Electrical Engineering is also 2 years.
The current annual in takes schedule is May (morning) August (Afternoon) for both certificate and diploma courses.
The department has a well equipped Electrical Installation, Repairs & Maintenance workshop with modern equipment.
The journalism and Mass communication section has spacious TV and Radio studios where students carryout their practices.

All courses in the department are practical oriented; emphasis is hands on compared to theoretical training.
There is a linkage to industry and other stakeholders for practical experience.
Internship for students is compulsory.

PROSPECTS
We intend to bring more courses on board like Architecture, building & Civil Engineering, bricklaying & Concrete practice, plumbing for E. African countries, Motor vehicle technology etc.
