A junior certificate in Electrical Installation is a program designed to provide students with foundational skills and knowledge necessary to gain an entry-level position in the electrical installation and service industry. The program typically covers a range of topics related to electrical installation.
At least 5 passes at “O” level including Maths and English Language.
Time: 8:00PM – 12:30 PM
1:00PM – 5:00PM
Introduction to Electrical Installation: Students will gain an understanding of the basics of electrical installation, including electrical systems, tools, and materials.
Safety: The program will emphasize the importance of safety in electrical installation, including proper use of tools and equipment, and adherence to safety protocols.
Electrical Installation: The program will cover the principles of electrical installation, including wiring, circuitry, and electrical systems. Students will learn how to install and repair common residential and commercial electrical systems.
Practical Skills: Students will develop hands-on skills in electrical installation, including the proper use of hand and power tools, installation of electrical fixtures, and repair of electrical systems.

NOTE:
A UGX 20,000 NCHE Fee is paid annually and directly to the National Council for Higher Education by the applicant upon enrolment.
Hostel accommodation for male and female students is available at Buwambo Campus at a fee of UGX 550,000 per quarter (Inclusive of accommodation and meals).
All students in the hostel will be required to bring toiletries.
